Love my home, the entire Took quite a hike to get down here 12 AM oh my goodness that’s right that’s it. Trust me I used to be very proud of the fact that I could go on four hours of sleep, but I’ve gotten sleep. staff, everyone on the maintenance team, the property and all of my neighbors!

I've lived here 2 years now and what I enjoy most about this property is the location. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. The gym is efficient but the laundry facilities have several issues. The door is always getting stuck and/or rejecting your key card. Half of the washers/dryers don't work and residents are always leaving their belongings in the units past their expired times. The trash is located in the worst area, very unappealing when coming into the property, especially when it's overflowing which is often. Not sure why we pay a trash fee when we have to dispose of our trash ourselves vs a valet trash service where a can is provided and someone comes and collects from your door, then the fee would be worthy. I do not plan on renewing my lease next term because for some ridiculous reason my rent increased $300+ for the same unit with no upgraded features.
