Safe beautiful community
My experience at this location has been mostly positive. There is some noise above you have to contend with. Maintaining the common areas and grounds is my biggest issue. Trash and debris thrown from balconies. Leaves and cob webs in breeze way. Sidewalks and landscape areas need attention!

Great Place to Live
The location of this complex is very convenient. - Publix is 4 minutes away - Home Depot is on the left of Publix - Starbucks 3min - Cumberland Mall 6 min - Braves Stadium complex 9 minutes - I 285 7 minutes - Vinings we are practically in it! As for the infrastructure; with its large swimming pool, complete gym, tennis courts and plenty to walk around have complemented the new paint and finishes they are doing, it clearly has confirmed itself as an upscale property. As for the property itself, it distinguishes itself by the architecture and the intent of making every location unique, reserved very spacious and comfortable, as for the people that live here, there are people of every age group represented equally so no problem whatever the age you and the people are so friendly. The staff, is the best, if you meet Amanda you will see what I was talking about. Never seen somebody so focused on providing service and resolutions in a quick manner, and always so friendly.
