My BW review

Great location, noise almost non-existent, and parking available in front of my building 99% of the time. When I firsr got there (spring 2018) there was a ton of things wrong with my apartment that should have been addressed before I moved it. I feel like it was a "throw away" unit--one that had been hard to rent and they needed to get it occupied by any means possible. Maintenance was sluggish when there was just one maintenance man for 100 units, but it's gotten better since there seems to be more maintenance staff. Office staff frustrated me in the beginning with careless mistakes and typos that affected major things, but things have gotten better on that front too. The price has become far too high compared to the overall value and aesthetic of my unit/the complex, but I fear that leaving will present a similar problem for this area. Overall it's cool. I'm safe, close to any highway and lots of stores, and used to the flow of how things work now.
