Need better upgrade

I have lived here for 5 years and it is not getting any better. In late afternoon's residents are blaring their music until 1-2:00am. Can't fix my floor because i live in my apartment and it is about to cave in. Not the greatest place to live but it is a roof over my head until i can do better.

It Works For Me

I lived here a few years ago, and then moved back. It's close to work, grocery stores, etc. I have to give a shout out to Dawn and Alex, who were there for me during a very difficult time in my life. I haven't had any issues with anyone, and my neighbors have been friendly. It's not the newest, and not as posh as some other places, but for the money, it's a good deal.
