It's not good anymore

I arrived here in 2016, and the administration was very good, but then the property has changed owners and managers many times and the cost of rent is very high, previously a few years ago the maintenance staff periodically checked the apartments to check for any defects, now it takes a long time to attend to a single thing, I have been renting here for more than 8 years, and like 5 years ago I reported the floor in the living room, because it came off and we are about to finish in 2024, and they still haven't fixed it, I also reported a long time ago the step that is in the backyard because the wood is already rotten and it's been more than 4 years and they still haven't fixed it, I have the same folder since 2016 and they haven't changed it That is why I consider the price of rent to be very high.
