I have been moving place to place almost every year, and now I have never felt so much at home. The property manager Giovanna is the best manager I have ever had. She is the most sweetest & caring person. Giovanna not only listens to residents feedback she makes it happen. We have so many events and food trucks every month. With having one maintenance guy it does take longer to have work orders completed within 48 hours. Hoping soon they’ll update the gate system to have residents use key fobs or gate stickers to get in gate instead of punching in code, and also being able to let in guests via call box and not giving them a code after hours. Would be nice if the gates were only open during business hours only. Also wish the turnaround time to have gate fixed was sooner,Lately its taken over 3 months, would like to have pool cabanas &. valet trash. Overall it is nice secluded community to call home

I've really enjoyed living here. It’s very quiet and safe. The biggest complaint would be the trash situation. The compactor gets broken frequently.
