Expensive place and maintenance is hard to reach

In the 7+ years as a resident, the gates have worked maybe a total of two weeks max. Either replace with a real gate (see complex across the street) or stop advertising as a “Gated Community with Controlled Access”. On a positive note, the recent maintenance hire is top-notch!
