The townhomes are lovely. Some of the neighbors are nice. Some of the people living here do not care about their neighbors abd play music late at night. People walk on your back porch as if they live there. It is an ok place to live but its not for me. I like quiet places to live. There are people who speed on this little road knowing there are children outside playing. That is a hazard and something can happen to these kids. I think the amenities fee should be taken off the lease. I thought everything here was smart technology but it only was referring to the front door locking device. It isn't worth an extra $100.
