I love the apartment, here a year location is perfect staff in office is very helpful and pleasant

Raised the rent by over 100$ two years in a row after being bought out despite doing nothing to the property or occupied rentals. ONE unit caught fire and i believe it as well as an adjacent unit got renovated but I'm pretty sure that's it. When complained to, they offered to upgrade the appliances for an additional 150$/mo (ew). Absolutely no amenities, not even somewhere to lock up bikes (mine were stolen off my back porch). Maintenance is on par with "land lord special". Neighbors are fine location is nice but that's it. Every school day people that dont live here come and park along the drive, blocking where we turn into the complex.. often almost causing wrecks when people are trying to leave and pull in at the same time. They won't do anything about it despite being acquainted with a towing company. That's what towing companies are for, right?

The place is fine enough to not move out, however I have looked. Not updated. Want to charge hundreds extra for updates after raising rent by 300$ in only 2yrs. No amenities. Parking is fine until people flood the complex to pick up their children rom school next door.
