P-Dale Lofts

Not sure exactly what is supposed to pay for amenity repair but if it's from resident rent then we are not getting what we pay for. This review comes after literal YEARS that these items have been unusable. It's kind of a running joke that once something gets worn out over time or somehow breaks, then I guess we just don't get to use it ever again. The list includes but is not limited to: the back deck, poolside grills, car wash vacuum, and over half the washers and dryers. The front gate has also been broken for a few days with no update. The same gate has had "ding" in it for quite some time, not a first impression. The dumpsters are unavoidably visible entering my apartment, and excuse my pun, it looks trashy to have smelly trash mere yards from an entrance. Also, the style of signage used on the gate and around the complex looks like it was the cheapest available at your local box store, which does not come across as "luxurious". These are things people notice immediately. A quick google of my place of living comes with the following result: "Porterdale Mill Lofts offers luxury apartments in Downtown Porterdale, GA on Main Street with the finest amenities." According to my opinion, there are easy fixes that can make this true, but the current state of the property does not reflect that statement.
