Overall, enjoy living at this complex.
Great location. Love the size and layout of apartment. Good price for the current apartment market. Maintenance has handled issues quickly. However, it is not a non smoking facility as advertised. Grills are allowed to be utilized on the patios, which can be unecessary safety hazard. Noise can be an issue at times between neighboring apartments.
