I’ve lived at MAA-Pooler for 1 month and have already a great experience. The management team is always professional and quick to respond. I especially love the gym, and the area feels very safe. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free living situation!"

Living in the country my whole 46 years of existence. Moving here has been a joy. Easy access to my apartment from the handicap parking, im handicap. Quiet surroundings with kind neighbors and great staff.

I have lived here for several years now and has been enjoyable. It is in a prime location close to everything. However what i don’t understand is the rental increases. Nothing is ever upgraded or offered when a renewal is sent out. No repainting or carpet cleanings. New appliances perhaps, but no nothing. I could understand if that was case.

So far things have been nice. The parking could use a little more space in my opinion, or have at least certain spots for specific apartments.
