Poor management

Since we've lived here (almost 2 years), the response time from management regarding tenant concerns and work orders filed is extremely delayed. Our key fob randomly stops working in the middle of summer which means we can't access the swimming pool, and our toddler also cannot access the playground. There's no sense of urgency from Quinn to remedy the situation quickly any time it happens which means we are prevented from using amenities that are supposed to be accessible as outlined in the rental agreement. They will also not reimburse you for the loss of access. All of the streetlights have been out for months with no resolution and anytime you put in a help ticket for repairs, it takes quite a bit to hear back on. They also expect you to take off of work to stay home all day waiting for their vendors who can't provide narrower windows. Other residents have voiced similar concerns to us as well. The lease agreement states that overnight street parking is prohibited in this neighborhood, however, it is not strictly enforced which can sometimes make it difficult to get out of our own driveways. The landscaping company that's also "included" in the rent does a spotty job at best. There's no consistency to what days or times they come to cut the grass; they'll also come cut on one day then come to weed whack days later. The billing can also be inconsistent when it comes to the water, trash, & sewer... if you can tolerate that, it's a nice neighborhood to live in that's conveniently located near many stores.
