Would like to have bigger closet space and pantry. The Wall light switches aren't wired to connect to the ceiling fans. You have to manually turn on and off the bedroom lights by pulling the string on the ceiling fan.

Appliances from 1985, wet carpet and mold in part of my closet when moving in, still not resolved. Paying twice what the apartment is worth.
