Pretty good!
Ive been here about 6 months, parking is always easy to find, and the staff are BEYOND amazing, however there is always mounds of trash at the dump, and there seem to be frequent problems with the ice maker, washing machines, oven, trash compactor, AC etc. Overall, if you don't mind loud music and the strong smell of... skunk... it's a fine place to be.
