Truly, the staff has been so kind and helpful since our very first tour. Maintenance is super quick and caring. The location is IDEAL!

I have lived here for a LONG time and through several different owners and management groups. I can tell you now, this is the best the maintenance has ever been. and the office is great I have never had an issue However. These were built so long ago they are considered to be PTC's first apartments. In saying that, i can live in several other areas for the same price. so 1. i think if you want to charge as much as other places, maybe the company should go in, make sure that the carpet a resident has lived with for 10 years doesn't need to be replaced. Maybe paint for them or do ANYTHING to help improve the interior of their REALLY old expensive townhomes and apartments if they have lived here for a very long time and you have never had issues with them. So just take care of your residents that continue to live here and enjoy it. instead of having to hope they don't move every other month.
