Pest control.

I like living here this is a nice place to live. However l do not like the fact that when pest control comes out management just gives them keys to your place .

Overall nice, but tenants are loud and unfriendly

People that live above my apartment party all times of the night, blasting music in the middle of the night, even on a work night, with no regard for others. There isn't any place for children to run around and play, throw a ball, ride bikes, skate, play jump rope or hop scotch, etc. There should be a park or designated area for kids/pre-teens to play.

Maintenance is my only issue

Since i came to tour Brittany has been really helpful to me throughout my time being here very nice. I have had to call multiple times about my freezer being broken since i moved in and it’s still not been resolved. When i get off work there are usually no parking spots by my building so i have to park far down but other than my maintenance issues I have enjoyed it here and the office staff i have interacted with were great and helpful.
