Lots of potential

I've been in the complex for a few years and I love the location. Definitely could use a face lift, new paint inside and out, new carpet, new appliances, also needs to be treated for mold because it sometimes rains in the apt window seal and that has definitely caused mold to grow. Neighbors have a tendency to hang in the breezeway from time to time. But other than that I give the complex a 3 out of 5.

Maintenance could be a lot better

The location is perfect. The landlord is the sweetest and definitely willing to work with you if you're facing financial difficulties. The apt complex has potential. Maintenance hasn't been good at all tho. Sometimes the wait time for repairs is weeks and months. There's a good number of kids in the complex but no recreation area for them. A swing and slide in the grassy area would be good.
