I've been in the complex for a few years and I love the location. Definitely could use a face lift, new paint inside and out, new carpet, new appliances, also needs to be treated for mold because it sometimes rains in the apt window seal and that has definitely caused mold to grow. Neighbors have a tendency to hang in the breezeway from time to time. But other than that I give the complex a 3 out of 5.
