How bout they close my work order without fixing the issue or coming to my aparment didnt leave a copy of work order or nothing thats beyond diabolical

Ive been promised new cabinets and a whole year later. Cabinets were never replaced. Im paying for stainless steel appliances yet the dishwasher and range hood is black. So im not understanding why im paying for an apartment with stainless steel price.
