Love the area been here for 7+ years … the pool area is nice and relaxing when its open witch is rarely smh the price is a little to much for what you get to be honest but other than that its cool… !!!

No amenities for the price
Two summers in a row we were unable to use utilize the pool. It's almost been three Summers. The first summer Gwinnett county shut us down because they did not have a inspection done and open the pool. And then when Gwinnett county came and it was open they shut it down. The second summer was coven and the third summer the same thing happened with Gwinnett county. The hours of the pool utilization is unreasonable. People work, and if I get home at 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening then the pool is not available because there's no one there to lifeguard or whatever the reason is that it's not available because the leasing office is closed.
