Ok for first apartment or of you are a young adult. Ammentities ways broken, srsff unresponsive, maintenance does not properly fix anything. Way too much money for the issues.

Ghetto apartments

Breezeway’s are disgusting, gates never work, Dumuso where you pay your rent glitches and charges you lates fees when you’re on time with rent and they say it’s not their problem. Go next door to Sugar Mill where the gates actually work

Management Stinks

Trash, gate hanging oepn, dark breezeways, dumpsters overflowing every weekend. Moldy showes, rusted garbage disposals. And Bridge Property Management doesn’t care about their tenants. You are a fat paycheck to the executives. Spend a little extra and get better quality and customer service.
