Maintenance and grounds need help

I am grateful for a roof over my head, but for what I'm struggling to pay, I wish I got better maintenance help and I wish the grounds looked better in front of my apartment. I've had so many maintenance issues, and they are always a struggle to get completed. Some are still ongoing with no end in sight. My exhaust fan in my hall bathroom has been broken for a year. Please try to address these issues.
