Safe place to live

The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend an incentive or rental discounts for long standing tenants.

Disappointed

My unit wasn't ready for move in. This unit didn't get the level of turn over that other units get. We didn't get fresh paint, the windows are all damaged and some have mold. Our patio door has cosmetic damage as well as not closing properly. We have duct tape and blankets justThe unit wasn't clean. We had to clean someone else's hair and finger nails. There are cracks everywhere showing that no proper paint was done. My power bill will be thru the roof just trying to offset all the drafts (patio and 3 windows). Our blinds are old and damaged. We have the thin blinds that no one else in this complex has. We have a standard unit that has been seriously neglected. And now because of covid nothing can be done. The 48 hr window for full inspection was delayed because we had to wait to unpack. So they could do cabinets and paint a little in the pantry and ceiling. We love the floor plan and are ok with older unit. But we can't figure out why we deserve less than the minimum. The grout wasn't done on the tubs. The sinks have cracks. The flooring is bubbly and bumpy, dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. I could go on and on.I moved here to be in a healthier and safer living conditions. At this point we are worse off. My boys are sneezing and coughing . We are freezing all the time. I've had to do daily breathing treatments. The crazy part is I can't do anything. And they can't come in..so because it was inspected and turned over properly I am and WILL be paying the price. This is not at all what we expected . Keep being told this standard unit doesn't get that. What I want to know is how this will be made right. I don't think this is in accordance with "exceeding expectations".
