Perfect Place to Live

Revival on Main is the most beautiful place to call home. It is right in the middle of everything you could desire. The community is so clean and we have a maintenance team that we would lose our marbles without. Thanks, Steve & Sadri! Give or take some train whistles I would not want to give any other community my vote. 5-stars for everything the office staff does to make the residents happy and 5-stars to the residents for being AWESOME.

It's okay here

It's not a bad place to live, but it's not as lovely as it used to be. The apartment life couple is great and go out of their way to make you feel like a part of the community. Things to know. There are additional fees that are not listed on this site: amenity and tech fee of $35, pest fee of $5 (they only treat apartments if requested by the resident), trash fess $35 (there are two different fees), four different water fees about $20-$25 total, and parking $10. The clubhouse had a pool table and a shuffleboard table, but now it just has furniture. Bikes are not supposed to be on the patios, but this is not enforced. Unfortunately, many residents allow their dogs to pee in the stairwells. The stairwells get swept a few times a month, but they could use power washing. The outside windows have never been cleaned since I have lived here. If the management company would update the carpet tiles, fix some cracks in the siding, and do other cosmetic touches, it would go a long way.

Overall, life is pretty good at ROM. The office staff, housekeeper and maintenace team are always so helpful in resolving any issue. They are very friendly.
