Really quiet and small which is great! It’s not the cleanest however. There are repairs that need to be done and with the price of rent rising there are other properties for the same price that might have more value.

One resident has 4 autos and 2 haven’t moved in months. Yet and still, they park in the front of their building and at times others must park elsewhere.
