Rent is too high and no upgrades are done, just maintenance
I was thrilled when i first moved in. Rent was fair, I know everything has gone up but this place makeing seniors move in with family or goverment housing because of high rent. They wait till they move out then remodel apt. Nothing has been done since built. Then on your rent you pay fees and they thiink up a few more at the begining of new list. Now we have to pay $13. For their property insurance. I pay for my own fire ins and it it includes 100,000 . Property ins $12 for admin. Fees every year. And $50. For water I am only one and no way do i use that much water. I would say they were nickle and dime us to death. But now it more considering this is senior living on ss Vent over
