It was great under the previous ownershp. Once the new ownership took over the place went to the gutters

The Property is great, but there is a problem with residences that do not park in between the white lines. There are times I can not get into my paid parking spot because residents park every way but straight. This is irritating, and we should be able to request towing for residences that park crocked. The overall staff is great; a recommendation is that the manager makes herself a little more visible, considering that this is a new staff. The previous manager was very active and present. I do understand that it takes time, but all in all, the staff is great.
