Midwood acres apartmentd

The noise level id crazy ridiculous late at night, I have called the office about it once before and I had to coll the police about the noise outside, where the men congregate outside by the dumpster laugh loudly, drink and just disturb people late at night. Basically, nothing has not been done about it! Plus, the things in my apartment has not been fixed yet!! And the maintaince man said he had to order the parts to fix it and that was months ago and I really need it fix, especially the fan in my main bedroom and I need all of the roaches nrrd to be handled by a professional because the bombs are not working!
