I would like to tell you about my experiences and interactions with Kimalee Edwards. For me, she isn't just an employee of Beacon Properties. I moved here in October 2025. Before relocating here, I lived 60 of my 65 years in a small South GA town. Although I now live closer to my children, most days I feel totally lost without a town full of friends and my sister. My conversations with Kimalee regarding the house and other property related issues, always seemed to feel more like "therapy sessions" by the time I left her office. ?? She certainly has the unique gift of making people feel at ease. Before my retirement, my work career was managing out-patient Physical Therapy clinics. I say that, to express in my 25+ years experience of management in the public/medical field, I learned very quickly.....You can't "teach nice" or genuine customer service. A person either has those qualities or they don't? It's that simple! Thank you Kimalee for being such a bright light. You may not realize the impact you have on people (especially me,) but you do and I appreciate you so very much. In closing, I would just like to emphasize what a vital asset Kimalee is to your company and the Beacon community. I really hope the president of your corporation already recognizes this about her?!
