Average place to live. Good maintenace team. “Pet friendly” and monthly pet rent but no pet amenities. Advertised as gated community (monthly access fee) but the gate is usually broken (but you’ll still pay that fee). Good location. Forced to pay for cable. One dumpster for 18 buildings. Community events advertised hours before they take place. Over priced for how little is returned.

MAA Mcdaniel, is a lovely area. Near local food places, parks and shopping centers. The maintenance team is responsive and work effectively. I really appreciate those guys. The staff have made my moving experience be smooth as possible. Theyve addressed any concerns or issues ove had in a professional matter. This place is clean, family orientated, im glad i found them.

It’s been a year and we’ve explored the community by driving around and admiring each apartment building the colors and stone walls and decorated balconies. Absolutely stunning. We’ve use almost all the amenities, and love the convenience of the vacuum and car wash station. Both pools are beautiful and nice to have the options to either one. The neighbors are sweet and quiet here. The staff are very attentive and caring. They help me all the time. I love that the mailroom is inside the office cause its warm when its cold and cool when it hot outside and dry when it’s raining. Its really nice. I enjoy the convenience of using the dining and kitchen area at the office. My bestie had graduated college and I was able to set up a suprise gathering for her and our co workers for the celebration. This place is amazing! I love it! And I pray to make it here another year! So gorgeous!
