Pet Limit 2 allowed. Permitted Pets We allow up to two pets per apartment. We accept the most common household pets, including dogs and cats. However, we do not allow birds, fish, reptiles, rodents, or other exotic animals. Breed Restrictions We reserve the right to deny any pet that may be deemed aggressive or dangerous to our community, and this includes breed restrictions. To protect properties and our residents from what is considered aggressive canine breeds and their mixes, unless acting as a service animal, we do not allow Akita, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman, Husky, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, or Rottweiler breeds. Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted. We welcome pets with open arms! To ensure a happy environment for all residents and pets, please comply with the following guidelines and obtain management’s written approval. A Pet Agreement must be signed.
