Great location dont care for the excessive fees when it comes to making payments. The area us quite but neighbors do not clean after dogs or pick up trash.

The location is decent and convenient overall. However, noise can sometimes be an issue, as there are occasional disturbances from other residents. The gym amenities are very limited and could definitely be improved, especially for residents who rely on on-site fitness options. Overall, the community is okay, but there is room for improvement in noise control and amenities.
