Generally, Good Value

I enjoy the JS community and find it to be safe and generally clean. The maintenance staff is helpful, even if they are sometimes quite busy and make take a little while to respond. The office staff plans events to try to engage the community, though i don’ttake advantage of most of those opportunities. The location is great as it is the heart of North Decatur with many shopping and grocery options nearby. The office staff could be a bit more communicative and foexible about what items we can have on our balconies, and residents could do a better job picking up after their dogs, but other than that I enjoy living there.

Great location

Great location to live, with great ammentities in the neighborhood. Truly enjoy living here. However maitence has a dofficult time staying on top of things. (I.e not repairing water damage for several months)
