Ongoing Mail and Pest Issues with Poor Management Response

I moved in December 2024 and have never had a reliable mailbox—it took nearly four months to get one, and my address still isn’t recognized by USPS. I’ve had to pay for a P.O. Box out of pocket with no reimbursement or resolution. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with spiders, and pest control has only serviced my unit once since I moved in. Poor communication and follow-through from management.

Nothings Perfect

This place is a great place to stay! There has been a turnover every year or so, but the staff is very pleasant. The new maintenance director is really good; the gym has been cleaner than usual. When you put in a maintenance request, they may actually come to you that day, even for non-urgent requests. They’re really trying to improve! The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable, which has kept me here for years!
