In our two bedroom apartments, two separate bathrooms cater to roommates or visiting family members desiring added privacy, with ample closets for storing clothing and personal items. The second bedroom offers versatility, serving as an office, reading room, game room, or crafting space. Abundant windows invite natural light, contributing to a bright and airy atmosphere. In our three bedroom apartments, you can use the additional bedrooms as guest rooms. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Qualification Criteria:   CheckPoint I.D. is used to verify all identifications via your government-issued photo ID. Applicants must have a gross monthly income of 3 times the rent. Applicants are screened on credit history and criminal background. Applicants cannot have an unpaid balance with their current landlord or mortgage holder unless paid in full before approval. Unpaid balances with previous landlords may also impact your approval. Previous evictions are factored into your credit history. We require 2 years of positive rental history. We verify previous addresses, and your rental verification must match.

I have been living at Icon for 4 years now, and I love every minute of it, The Staff are wonderful and willing to help in any way they can. Anytime I needed Maintenance they would come that day or the next day, however normally that day. The hallways outside my apartment are clean they have a young man cleaning and a team that deep cleans. Parking is not bad, the grounds are well-kept. The apartments are modern, my kitchen sink is amazingly large and the countertops are very nice. I have a screened-in patio with a fan which is great, the rent is reasonable for this up-and-coming neighborhood. They have events that are fun and very creative, great work to all the staff that work at Icon. I will be renewing my lease next year.

Nice place to live

Icon Avondale has its faults, but cleanliness is not one of them. In addition, it's quiet, everyone is friendly (staff and neighbors, alike), and it's a great location. If I had to add something they need, a business office or a place residents cam use a compute. That amenity should be standard, in my opinion.

Complex review

Great front desk staff, those two ladies are amazing and helpful. Security guard set in place but usually asleep or smoking weed. It’s a great community we just don’t have access to the amenities as other complex does especially the lounge are, which closes when the staff leaves and thats when everyones getting off from work. We use to have access to it until 10pm, but bad apples produced hardship for us good fruits, but wish they would trust again. Beautiful outdoor area was recently build however the fire pits never work and the grills never have propane. The tv’s never have a remote ( gym or outdoor area). Gym usually is cleaned once a month so it’s important to bring own sanitation wipes and floor matt. Otherwise nice olace to live if you just need to lay your head.

So far so good

The move in process was smooth. The agents in the office were friendly and very helpful from the time I toured to the moment I moved in (shout out to Karen). I’ve been a resident here for the past 3 weeks and my experience has been great so far. My only issue is my key fob won’t open the gate and my acess code for visitors isn’t working.
