Great opportunity for the facility to improve. There needs to be an increase in security and accountability on everyone.

I’ve enjoyed my experience for the most part. However, a consistent issue has been the lack of communication. All of the phone numbers that have been provided lead to no one that can actually assist with any issues. Improvement would be a reshare of the operable numbers that will work if a resident has an issue/unit emergency.
