Solid Place

Great space, location, and staff for the cost of rent (currently paying $1799 for 2b/2b for a total payment of $1950 with fees included). The apartments brand themselves as luxury, but thankfully they are not luxury. The luxury apartments across the street have a more luxurious pool, a gym, and a nicer community space, but a 2b/2b was $600/month more. Avery Glen offers a solid place for a relatively decent price, something greatly needed when the only other options seem to be luxury exploits or slum lords.
