The septic tank or whatever there is probably needs cleaning out. My hallway has flooded a few times coming from the hot water heater overflow. It only happens when there’s been a lot of rainy weather. Also several of us don’t have good air flow for our clothes driers.

The place is pretty nice but has a few problems.
