Meadowbrook Apartments

I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and while there are a few positive aspects, there are also some significant downsides. Starting with the positives, the apartment itself is very spacious, especially for a two-bedroom unit. There’s plenty of room to move around, which is a big plus for anyone who values space. Another highlight is the management team – they’re excellent at responding to any requests or assistance. Maintenance is also quick and efficient, which makes dealing with any issues much easier. However, there are a few problems that really impact the living experience. Parking spots tend to flood when it rains, and this makes it difficult to park or walk to the building without dealing with standing water. The noise levels are also quite high. You can hear your neighbors' TVs, music, conversations, and even smell food or, at times, unpleasant odors like weed. This lack of soundproofing and ventilation is a major drawback for anyone seeking peace and quiet. In summary, the apartment is spacious with good management, but the noise, odors, and parking issues make it hard to fully enjoy living here.

Rent is less than you can find in Calhoun for the same size property. Staff is great and friendly. Would rerent if I ever needed to rent again.

Its not too bad a place to live. The playground could be fixed up instead of sitting there to rot and fall apart but otherwise its not bad its just old

It’s definitely worth the rent I am paying for. Its a nice place especially now they’ve painted the parking lines.

I have lived here for a few years, and I love it. Quiet, nice neighbors, rent is fair, and any problems I have are always taken care of fast.
