We were first very happy moving here. This place offers everything that we've been looking for. Our experience, however, has been dampened by some negatives. We've been waiting just over a month for one of our work orders to be completed. And now we are waiting again for another work order. Maintenance is currently just one person, so I feel for him and I completely understand that there's going to be backups in the process. The part I don't appreciate is the lack of communication from anyone. The email that sent out when I put in a work order says a member of their staff will be in contact shortly. I am still waiting for that contact. If I'm not the one calling asking for an update, no one's telling me what's going on. And last time that I went in person I was asked if I knew how to do things on the app or online. In my past experience in other rentals, I've only gotten my concerns addressed if I addressed them in person. I was really hoping that wouldn't be the case in this apartment complex, but unfortunately the only time that I have had my concerns addressed in a timely matter have been when I personally go into the office and talk to somebody. The big marketing sale right now is that this place is supposed to feel like family. Well, this family is lacking in communication. And also some more effort could be put into making every member of the community feel welcomed.

The overall stay here is Excellent. We love it here. The only thing is that , whoever lives above us, their kids or kid is stomping, running, sound like he is bouncing a ball or something. This is at night mostly. Very noisy. But we love it out here. Everyone is very nice, especially in the office.
