I have lived here since 2006. Good management, they could do a better job of emptying the trash compactor because trash tends to pile up when it's full and it's unsanitary, they ne need to keep the public hand sanitizers changed/full in the gym/by the mailbox/by the dumpster.

Nice place, affordable for Brookhaven/Buckhead.
It's larger and cheaper than our last place and right down the street from Lenox Mall. We recently renewed our lease and rent increase was very minimal.

We have been here for a while and love the community. Its close to many things! Staff and maintance have been great and quick to respond. Under new mangement, wishing them well!

Love Living at the Pointe!
I've lived here for over 3 years and I absolutely love it! The leasing office staff is super nice and always there if we need anything. The maintenance team is also super efficient, friendly, and helpful! Best place I've lived since moving to Georgia!
