I have been here two months and so far my AC has broken 6 times. Every time a maintenance person comes to "fix it," it breaks about two days later. Also we have a roach problem in the kitchen that has yet to be addressed. Please take the time to spend a little more money to provide quality finishes and services, not just the cheapest thing around. Also someone was stabbed in the parking lot the first week I moved in, not a great first impression.

I've been here for a few weeks and so far I have no complaints. The grounds are maintained, my neighbors are nice and I havent had any issues with the noise level.
