I have been living here for three years and I can say that I have seen a lot of progress and a lot of changes with the complex. I can’t say that the staff has been consistently accommodating and exceptional. I love that day are very helpful and very considerate to residential needs and care. At the Park at Riverview I feel like the value would definitely increase and benefit if one they were a balconies and two if the amenities would work. Often times, the entrance gates would be down.

So far so good! Demetria and Rebecca are Awesome as well as the maintenance team! My only concerns is to many cats in the breezy way i also notice neighbors feeding them.
