From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Best of all, we don't have a weight limit at our community. Breed Restrictions: Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit bull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dog hybrid, Great Dane, St Bernard, and any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.
