Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted. We welcome pets with open arms! To ensure a happy environment for all residents and pets, please comply with the following guidelines and obtain management’s written approval. A Pet Agreement must be signed. Each apartment can accommodate up to 2 pets. Pets must be recognized as domestic animals and should be spayed or neutered. For everyone’s comfort, dogs should be leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. A one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent (per pet) are required before your pet can move in. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. When I visited this property i was leery from living in the area knowing the history of it..I was concerned...then a coworker viewed it a was telling me how great it looked..so I took a look? The walk thru Ms Lane was welcoming and gave a great sell conversation ! So i was open! The manager was helpful as well....then I applied and approved! Great! I came up there to bring me deposit and Mr Brandon was very nice! Yet I was too soon to leave the deposit so no worries..I was in the area and stopped thru to see when I wld be able to leave the deposit and upon entry Ms Lane's attitude was different? Very stand offish? My next interaction with her was on the phone I asked was she ok she said "she wasnt feeling good tht day" ok we all have our bad days.. the next call she calls me because I was inquiring thru email abt options if I were to take this job offer outta state and was again nasty? Very dismissive! So now im worried! Today I call after signing my lease to ask when can I view the unit and here we go again? Was it me inquiring that was too much...im very worried now about how this year will go? I can say Radco seems to trying make the place more appealing and for the price? Its good..but if your looking for a good rental experience? Im not sure....im very disappointed and I cannot recommend Rhythm at Campcreek..
