The apartment is nice, but the park is extremely noisy, and at times not safe at all.

The apartment is fine. But the park across the street is extremely noisy and at times not safe.

I've enjoyed my apartment very much since I first moved in. The community, location, and other residents are wonderful.

The tenents that have been living here for years are the problem. I’ve lived In Atlanta for 10 years and never had neighbor issues til here. One longtime tenant thinks she is the community warden and doesn’t like loud noises or you and the other longtime tenant who’s dog barks 24/7 with the front door open. How that works I’ll never understand. Spoke to management but the issues persist. Just an honest review since I’ve seem to ruffle some feathers.

For the most part I've enjoyed living here

It was great at first. But since then the neighborhood has become more dangerous, more noise, and trashed by people visiting the new park(Cook park) across the street. It's been bad ever since the park opened, and I'm sincerely considering moving because of it.
