Moved into an apartment that wasnt move in ready. has alot of problems. to name a few the washing machine wasnt working, the dish washer wasnt working, wrong size hvac filter was installed allowing dust and debris to get into the hvac system, just to name a few but there is way more.

So the overall apartment is great, only issue is the trains... bc they are loud. No other way to say it. Loud. I have to use very loud brown noise 12 hour streams on YouTube to be able to sleep peacefully. Everynight.

Parking lots are dark; mainly things on the priperty go unfixed for long stretches at a time. With the exception of the gym’ almost all amenities for residents have limited hours. High turnover of staff and prop managers. They charge for services that you dont want or use. For the price and area, things like microwaves are not included in units. They also dont clean the hallways like ive seen in other communities. The community is generally quiet which is good. Thry also have security thatwalks or drives around the property.maagardens
