Great location, developing area and staff is responsive and welcoming. Some times can get noisy and no real amenities come with the rent.

Staff is great and people are friendly. Conveniently located near I-20 and area is seeing a lot of new developments. Property does not have many amenities, however this is reflected in the rental price. I have stayed here for 5 years and I would recommend for anyone I personally knew to move in.
