Glenlake
I have lived here for almost seven months and am counting the days until my lease is up. My maintenance requests have been dismissed and not scheduled. The maintenance staff is very rude. We are currently paying almost $40 a month for trash pick-up that isn't happening. The property trash compactor breaks regularly and rather than getting a dumpster they allow garbage to pile up for over a week. The gutters on every building a full of pine needles and desperately in need of cleaning out. The landscaping around the community - not in the front where everyone sees it - is in need of trimming, dirt / leveling, mulch or pine straw. The bins for dog waste are constantly full despite a lot of residents not picking up after their dogs.

I have lived her for many years in two locations. I am very happy with my current location and apartment. I like my neighbors because they are friendly and more my age.

Overall good experience!
Overall it was a good experience, except the moved rent cafe to bilt rewards and it was not that smooth.
Nice location, exteriors needs maintenance, thin walls
The location is great, nice access to GA 400 and nearby several services The apartment is really nice, just renewed however the exteriors needs a lot of maintenance as they seems quite old and nature areas are completely unattended The walls are really thin so if neighbors put music, tv or throw doors you can hear everything in your ear. Maintenance is good, I have had good experience with the tickets I've opened. Regarding the Staff Trey is excellent however the property manager is some rude and not really customer oriented.
