It was nice at 1st when i move in 8 years ago but now I am glad I am moving. Outside of being close to the Lee St and White Beltline and living behind Kroger its not really worth it with all the miscellaneous that happens in the area

Several years different managers price ste too high for what you het snd area no fidcoints for seniors anf you get they charge for everything

Great location! If you don't have car you can still get everything you need! Grocery store at the corner, gas station, beauty supply, liquor store, fast food... EVERYTHING you need to survive is in walking distance! Real hardwood floors, no central air but the units are small enough that the window unit works out perfect. I love my little apartment right in the city!
