Main issue is the noise heard between neighboring suites when the are walking or playing music.

Vining Lofts and Apartments

The past year we have enjoyed living here. It has really been a great location for my family and myself! Aside from the neighbor downstairs, LOL, we have no complaints. We are happy to say this will be our home for the next year as well!

Beautiful Apartment Complex

The apartment and its amenities are beautiful. The tenants and staff are very friendly! It is an amazing value for the cost of living. The cons of this apartment are that it ALWAYS smells of marijuana, the parking gate never works, the parking spots are way too crammed (your doors get hit / i've hit the concrete column trying to squeeze into a spot) there is never guest parking available due to the restaurant downstairs (and now they are charging our guests to park when visiting which is ABSURD), the pool area parties get way too loud and go past hours during the summer season, and finally, they need to hire additional maintenance crew.

Breakfast restaurant issues

Once the breakfast restaurant moved in , it has become a completely different propert. They take up all the visitor parking during the day. And it is sometimes even difficult to exit the building because of the valet log jam. And for residents on the east side of the building, their food delivery truck shows up at 4 am some mornings! Quiet hours on the property are 10pm- 7am I believe? Also. None of the gates for the resident parking have worked in months and it doesnt seem like this security issue is a priority. I love my unit and the building ( garage coild be cleaner ). But have had no issues with my neighbors or staff. I understand apartment living but at these prices these are issues that shouldn’t be present at this level of a community. Easy fixes. Again the restaurant is the biggest issues. It seems they are the priority and not the residents.
