Same issues - nothing is ever fixed correctly - have to continually submit maintenance request to get completed although they indicate jobs are finished - continuous garbage and mattresses and old furniture placed at entry and exit to be seen every day - it takes days for this garbage to be removed - gate is usually broken so the entire city of ATL can deposit their garbage there for the residents to view on a daily basis
